"I enjoyed my 3rd stay at the Victoria. My room was good and the bed was comfortable. On this visit I did have time to stay for breakfast both mornings which was good. I enjoyed the evening meal in the pub area too. Having now determined which buses go where locally it was very convenient from Richmond station either by bus or walking. I enjoyed a walk in the evening into Richmond Park and did see some deer. Thank you to all the staff at the Victoria who were always very helpful and considerate....

"This has so much potential. The welcome was lovely, but the first thing we were told, after being given our key was that the battery was dying on the pad, so we would have to tap it 3 times. The room was spacious, with a ridiculous full mini fridge- only alcohol no other space! The toilet roll holder was broken and missing. The bed was very comfortable. The shower, really did not work; there was no power; it would not stay up, kept dropping down - very disappointing. We had breakfast, which was...
