"The water pressure was so bad that my shower didn't work until the evening. The wireless connection was poor. The staff member who helped me at checkin (after a long busride when all I wanted was to relax and have a shower) was rude, and I had to convince then that I had a paid reservation, even though I was showing them on my phone! (I had to buy phone credits to show them since their wireless wasn't working!!)

The Host Mama's hospitality was so warm and lovely. Staff were all very friendly. She even baked a cake for us before we go!!!! In fact, it's probably the ONLY hotel (including USA) I've ever seen that EVERY STAFF is friendly~ Quite amazing!
