Massimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very late arrival time due to some airline delays. We should have arrived at 3pm but due to delays and being rerouted through Rome we did not arrive until 1am. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. "Very well located in Pisa centre, very close to restaurants and bars and a 15 min walk to Pisa Tower. The hotel has a very interesting decor full of history, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The hotel is a bit tired, especially in the bedrooms, in need of a renovation. Nevertheless, for a short stay in Pisa, definitely recommend it. "
