"Der Aufenthalt war super, das Objekt ist sauber allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ist die Ordnung auf dem Grundstück so mittelmäßig. Die Müllentsorgung war ein echtes Problem, weil diese nicht von der Gemeinde in den vom Vermieter vorgegebenen Zeiten abgeholt wurde. Am Ende hat man dann noch versucht uns 100 € Deposit einzubehalten, weil der Müll logischerweise nicht komplett abgeholt werden konnte. Nach einem kurzen E-Mail Wechsel war aber auch das vom Tisch und es wurde nichts...

"Wir sind mit 6 Frauen gereist. Es war ein perfektes Haus für 6 Personen. Der Pool war klasse und die Aussicht unglaublich. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 große Kühlschränke. Man bekommt also alles unter. Die Anreise erfolgt über einen etwas holprigen Weg, ist aber machbar, wenn der Wagen nicht liefergelegt ist. ;-)) Alles in allem zu empfehlen."

"The house is perfectly located, 20 meters to the beach, 100 meters to a great beach restaurant and everything you need within walking distance. A few items missing in the kitchen, but other than that, a perfect place to live with a family or with friends. Golfo Aranci is also a very cozy and pleasant area with everything you need for a perfect vacation. A very friendly house host, with great tips to make sure you have a good time. You need to visit this place. We will come back."

"Excellent séjour dans la maison de Ricardo et Noemi. Tout était parfait. Maison fraîche, très bien équipée, à 2 pas d'une magnifique plage de sable. A refaire sans hésiter. Bon endroit pour visiter tout le nord-est de la Sardaigne. Merci encore à nos hôtes très sympathiques."

"Wir hatten wunderbare 9 Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Die Bäder und die Küche tip top. Wir hätten uns eine Kaffeemaschine gewünscht. Die gab es leider nicht. Antonio ist ein sehr sympathischer Hauseigentümer. Das Check in war super entspannt ebenso wie das auschecken. Rundherum eine super Wahl und ein herrlicher Urlaub."

"The location of the Villa is in a very attractive quiet area of Golfo Aranci with stunning views across the bay. The pool and decking areas are both lovely and the living and dining amenities on the ground floor are very good with a beautiful veranda. However we were a party of 6 and I am afraid the two downstair bedrooms were not fit for purpose. We found this extremely disappointing especially considering the amount of money we had paid for our two week stay. The Villa needs a great deal more...

"We enjoyed a week at the villa towards the end of April. The setting, scenery and views are even better than the photos of the property. It was a perfect base for us to explore the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and beautiful beaches) as well as historical sites in Arazchena. Golfo Aranci is also convenient for food, ice cream and boat tours. It was great to see some of the beauty of the island but the real joy was having access to the sea at the bottom of the garden.
