What made it stands out from all other luxury hotels we stayed in the past is the service, reception, pool side, restaurant, snack bar, spa, maid, everyone is so friendly and helpful. However we reported our TV not working effectively (poor signal making it unwatchable). It was alledgedly fixed but the fault was still the same. We found the mattress to be exceptionally firm.
