"Property was clean and the host was very communicative in making sure we could enter when we arrived. On the whole the property was as advertised but as with all properties it was lacking in some general maintenance. Nothing which really affected our stay and we all really enjoyed staying in the house and in Benodet. The BBQ was great by the way.If you plan to stay in benodet and eat out we would suggest pre-booking restaurants, we struggled some evenings with a larger group to find somewhere to eat."

"Nous étions deux familles de 4 et avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de monsieur Carriou.La maison est spacieuse, et bien équipée. Mais sa qualité principale réside dans son charme. On sent qu'elle a une histoire, qu'elle a été habitée telle quelle,et l'on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Ca n'est pas une maison de location "pratique mais froide". Les murs sont remplis de très belles aquarelles, que certaines d'entre nous ont passé beaucoup de temps à admirer. La localisation est parfaite, en 15 min (allure enfant) vous êtes à la plage de Benodet. Boulangerie, super marché sont aussi à quelques coups de pédales. Les environs sont magnifiques, il y a plein d'endroits à découvrir! A Bénodet il y a un club Mickey sur la plage, tenu par des gens charmants et compétents. Nos enfants ont adoré les quelques fois où ils y sont allés. Possibilité d'inscrire au même endroit à des cours de piscine, très pratique. Il y a également de beaux marchés dans les environs, pour les amateurs/trices de bons produits, c'est génial! Monsieur Carriou s'est assuré que nous passions un bon séjour, et s'est montré très disponible pour répondre à nos questions.Bref, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison, et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir."

"Good location, close to the beach and places to eat. For the two of us the room was OK but the lack of storage for suitcases, clothes etc would have been difficult if we'd had children using the small second bedroom. And the shower was the smallest I've ever been in!"
