"It is really clean and lovely hotel with helpful staff. However, the reason we stayed there was for a shuttle to the airport but when we checked in we were told that the shuttles were full. I appreciate this but in the morning we saw one shuttle coming but another was just parked. If it is a touristy time, it may be worth rethinking another driver during busier periods. Also, the food was inconsistent. The lasagna had in the bar hadn't been defrosted enough or microwaved long enough. The food in the restaurant was a mix. Prices were such that the food should be consistently good. Just a suggestion but you have the Ducati museum right next to you. It may be worth working a deal with them and shuttle transportation there as I think it is a big attraction. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff."

"Un séjour merveilleux ! Nous voyageons chaque année en Italie et ma femme qui est très exigeante a considéré que c'était de loin le meilleur hébergement ! D'une propreté absolue, le vaste appartement est super pratique, très agréable à vivre avec deux vraies grandes chambres vraiment séparées (pas toujours le cas en Italie où nous avons souvent eu des chambres en enfilade) dotées de salle de douche et wc et une troisième celle-ci en enfilade du salon. Literie excellente. Point ultra important toutes les pièces sont vraiment bien climatisées. La cuisine est pratique. La table de salle à manger grande et conviviale. Il y a un coin dehors mais il faisait tellement chaud et cela donne sur le parking.La route est un peu proche pour ceux que cela gêne. La piscine à débordement grande et propre, est tout simplement fabuleuse avec une vue à couper le souffle !Nos hôtes sont tout simplement adorables, présents pour résoudre le moindre problème quoique d'une discrétion absolue. Merci spécial à Francesco pour sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur mais aussi à son frère et ses parents.On sent une éducation profonde et réelle.Le père produit du miel et de l'huile d'olive ! Un régal !Le site est parfait pour visiter la région : Bologne, Modène, Régio d'Emilie, Parme, Ferrara et Ravenne. Des merveilleuses mosaïques des 5 et 6e siècles et passant par les trésors de Parme jusqu'aux musées Ferrari et Lamborghini, le spectre est large. Je conseille à 100%. Bravo"

"Our stay was overall really great. The pool was lovely, there is a sauna but I didn’t get to use it. The breakfast had a nice selection and almost all of the staff were amazing and helpful. A special shout out to the lady that manages breakfast as she seems to remember everyone and makes an extra effort with all guests! The biggest detriment was the night manager on Sunday the 19th. I came downstairs and there was no one at reception so I wandered over to the restaurant to borrow a fork. I didn’t take it off any table that was already prepared but went to the cutlery pile. On the way back I saw the manager at reception and asked if it was ok that I borrowed the fork to show I wasn’t hiding anything or stealing anything and he was patronising and rude over a fork. Other staff members witnessed his attitude and apologised to me after but there no wonder he is a night manager. It might be better if he wasn’t affiliated with the hotel at all as it left a bitter taste in my mouth."

"Beautiful home in a fantastic location just outside Bologna, with easy access to all that Emilia-Romagna has to offer. The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.The caretakers were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Traveling with three generations of our family, we especially appreciated that everyone had their own private room while also enjoying the spacious indoor and outdoor gathering areas where we could comfortably spend quality time together.This home was the perfect setting for creating wonderful family memories, and we would be delighted to return someday."
