"My husband and I had another incredible visit to Wellspring Cottage. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Wendy welcomed us upon arrival and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay, but it is all of the special touches that really make everything so wonderful. We were able to rest, relax, and recover from the hustle and bustle of life. Birdwatching while soaking in the clawfoot tub, exploring the wildflower filled fields, and wading through cool streams were all available to us and thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend Wellspring Cottage for anyone looking to get away with someone you love to just be together."

"Every year our family finds a home for our trip. This property was the best. The house is very clean and amply supplied. The pool and sauna cabana was just icing on the cake. The river access was great for everyone that fished. The property owner was great and very communicative. My family wants to come back for more family trips."

"My husband and I came here for a long weekend getaway with our two dogs. We had the absolute best time!! The cabin was lovely and the land was fun to explore and the farm animals were so fun to watch and pet. We went golfing and to the Colorado bend state park, as well as staying at the cabin and enjoying the patio. Lovely place! Beth and Tom are some of the nicest people too. We really hope to come back."

"Quiet, peaceful cabin! The cabin itself seemed more spacious than the pictures showed, plentiful hot water, beautiful views out of every window! The property owner was very helpful and communicative, even offered recommendations for nearby activities! We utilized the fire pit to make smores and had an amazing time. "

"We stayed in a riverside cabin and it was a wonderful getaway. Great outdoor space with thoughtful additions like bbq tools for the pits and lots of outdoor seating. The shower had great water pressure and it was super conveniently located for day passes to Colorado Bend State Park. We loved it and will be back."
