Great location and excellent customer service. The carpet in the hallways needs cleaning, and the cloth furniture in your rooms needs clean. Carpet in the room is frayed and needs replacing. The walls in the room are dirty and need to be wiped down. However, for the price I would stay here. The place is not dirty. It is just showing wear and tear.

Terrible experience they took my reservation after i spoke to them confirming my late arrival. They overbooked the hotel and gave my room reservation away!!! And the staff upon my arrival was a joke!!!! They did not walk me to another property knowing well in advance the overbooking and problem they ceated!!! Horrible service and experience!!! I will stick to Hilton and Marriott going forward!!!

1st time I booked here I didn’t have to do a security deposit. Then this time it was an 50$ security deposit . At 11 something in the morning on day of checkout my card was charged with 2 unauthorized charges for $34.12 and $2.34 and the front desk clerk only seen the 2.34 charge on the computer but not the 34.12 n her manager makes up this claim that it was probably an up charge and should come off within 2 days after I’m checked out of they system . I didn’t buy anything extra or anything so why they charging my card for . So yeah I will not be going back for that reason

The property was not as clean as it could be. The wall in our room was extremely dirty as well as the bathtub. The employees were very nice, and easy to talk to. The location was great everything is a close distance.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Entire area was poorly attended. No English spoken by attendant, no forks were available, trash overflowing onto floor. Refills of items very slow to none. Although the rest of the facility was very clean, front reception staff were very nice. Beds very comfortable, the area was quiet and relaxing and generally very nice.

Great access to outlet Mall, basic no frills hotel, everything was clean and no noise disruptions, King bed, but no chairs or couch. Walkin shower, but no curtain or door, so some water leaking out on floor
