"Great value and service"

"This hotel is a reasonable choice for lodging in the financial district considering the high cost of other options in the area. The staff is very good. While the rooms are on the small side, they are very clean, well maintained and the bathrooms are up to date/modern and everything functions well. The room temp. was responsive and effective, this is not always a given even in expensive hotels. The continental breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade, limited choices & coffee just warm, not hot. I realize there other breakfast options nearby, however self serve cafeteria style seems a bit austere for a decent hotel in NYC. The layout of this hotel is unusual, no real lobby. Otherwise this is a good option in this area and one I would consider again when in town."

"Mostly a perfect stay. No hot water one night so I ended up taking a cold shower. Otherwise the room was great. Gym is pretty nice, front desk was nice enough to hold my suitcase after checkin until my flight later in the day."

"We did not get to experience breakfast due to our early flight but the hotel, amenities and location were perfect. "

"The hotel is central and it was easy for our party to get around the city. The only thing is the rooms are extremly small. The hotel was clean and supper fun roof top bar. "

"Clean and spacious room. There is cooking facilities but I didn't use it. Free laundry. 10mins walk to Exchange place and Hudson River. 10min walk to whole foods and plenty of dining option. Tram is 2mins away and 2 stops away from a shopping mall. Love the location."

"Bad lighting. Elevator not in service. Promised two queens but given only one queen."

"Sadly, I was in NY for my sister’s funeral and had to extend my stay. The staff was so very kind and accommodating knowing it would be best for me to be able to stay in the same room. Cassia and especially Lukasch were so very kind, compassionate and helpful. It was my second time staying there and I’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in Manhattan."
