"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. "We had a wonderful break. We wanted somewhere quiet, clean and with good facilities and we weren’t disappointed. The breakfast buffet surprised us it was that good! The dinner buffet was good but I imagine if we had stayed for a longer duration it would have become repetitive. Staff were excellent. We liked that we were a little walk away from the main resort and the walk down following the stairs and paths was easy to follow."
