"Great things: amazing neighborhood and location, friendly and competent staff, nice bar/restaurant, pure water on tap in lobby to fill bottles (if that’s your thing), breakfast buffet is truly impressive. Surprising oddball things: no real bathmat, no rooms with two beds (sleeper sofa is okay), weird sheets all sewn together for sleeper sofa (could not figure these out but the next day housekeeping fixed them nicely), instant coffee packs in room (noooo…), and for some reason you can’t tip on your credit card charge in the bar/restaurant (& the front desk has no cash to make change (elsewhere in London it has been possible to tip on a cc). And I never did figure out how to operate the room lights (on or off with your hotel room card but no way to pick and choose from individual lights in room except for the reading lights). Overall very pleasant and I would go again."

"From the moment we were created at the door by Anthony to the pleasant farewell from Bami, the stay was exceptional. The beds are incredibly comfortable and gave us both the best nights sleep we’ve had in a while! The tea making facilities were good and the refill stations around the lift areas were excellent for topping up your water bottle before heading out! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean with lovely powerful showers. The location of the hotel is also perfect for the theatres in the area and for visiting Covent Garden. Would definitely recommend. Not the cheapest place to stay but worth every penny!"

"Location is great, the Waterloo station and Westminster station are walking distance. Staff is very friendly, always looking to help you. They have a cool feature of tap water and seltzer water you can fill up your bottle on each floor. I would recommend to stay here."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location near the river was perfect, making it easy and enjoyable to walk along the waterfront to and from the hotel while exploring the city. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again."

"Really well located about 10 mins walk from Euston and King’s Cross. The staff were super helpful. Our aircon was broken but they brought us a fan without us asking for one. There was no loo roll so they brought some immediately (we found one in the cupboard after). Loads of plug sockets. Loads of storage. Iron in the laundry room. We had trouble with our key card because of the heat and they came immediately to help us. We only used the fridge in the kitchen. Compact room but everything you need for an overnight stay. Location is superb"
