"Plenty of parking, great fast booking in. Very courteous and polite - even offering to take may bags to my room. Room lovely and clean and well presented. I requested a microwave and it was delivered immediately with a smile. I have stayed at the Ibis in Albany a few times. Great convenient location and restaurant. Thanks👍😊"

"The hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The bathroom had excellent water temperature and pressure, good shampoo and soap etc. Great location with onsite parking. The hotel restaurant is OK, not the greatest and a bit on the pricey side, but it is convenient - We only had dinner there, not lunch or breakfast so I can't comment on those. All up a lovely stay, very handy hotel with modern amenities for a family with a baby, and a crib provided in the room."
