Reykjavik Residence Apartment Hotel

"During my recent stay at the Reykjavik Residence Hotel, I was blown away by the exceptional service from their lovely staff, who truly made us feel right at home. Even though we arrived quite early, they were kind enough to get us checked in the moment our room was ready, completely free of charge. It was such a relief to rest up a bit before heading out to explore the city! The team also gave us some fantastic recommendations for local activities, and their breakfast was wonderfully simple, fresh, and nutritious. If you're planning your Iceland adventure, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"great central location. close to a cheaper parking garage extremely helpful if you’re hiring a car to drive around. rooms are small but you can fit suitcases under the bed."

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ivris from housekeeping was helpful & polite giving us fresh towels since we opted for the green initiative (less cleaning). Diego & Carolina at reception were helpful with the HX mixup with our reservation so we did not end up homeless in Reykjavik. We love that bus stop #12 is just outside the hotel. Would be nice to have a hot tub to relax in after long days of excursions. Would also appreciate a little bigger tv in the room. A beautiful Iceland scenery picture or Icelandic art work can brighten up the room. Our standard room has many blank walls. Maybe time to refresh the beds. Airport shuttle may also be a nice service for guests."

"Good stay for solo travellers and one of the best budget friendly option in Reykjavik! Beds in hostel rooms were quite squeaky and some guest were not very considerate of how loud they were being, but the hostel also provided ear plugs."

"We arrived by 11am in the morning and the staff let us check in at 12:30 with out extra charge. Although Check in starts at 3pm. The staff is very friendly and welcoming."
