Traditional country house in Goldegg

This beautiful detached country house for a maximum of 8 people is located near the well-known town of Goldegg in Salzburgerland, directly in the mountains and near the well-known Goldegg ski area.

The country house offers a large, spacious and cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the basement you will find a ski storage room with ski boot dryers. There are also 2 carport spaces for your car and you can get fresh bread rolls every day very close to the house. Known for its beautiful location, Goldegg Castle, great swimming opportunities in Lake Goldegger or Böndlsee and of course the golf course, Goldegg is located in the middle of the Salzburger Land and is therefore an ideal place for your vacation.

In Goldegg im Pongau, the Buchberg-Goldegg family ski area, ideal for beginners and recreational skiers, offers 5 kilometers of slopes, 2 drag lifts and 1 baby lift. With the "Ski Amade" ski pass you have access to an incredible 760 km of slopes and 270 lifts, the extensive ski areas of Kleinarl/Flachauwinkl/Zauchensee and Flachau/Wagrain/St. Johann are the top ski areas in the region which you can reach in 30-45 minutes by car.

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in the nearest town of Schwarzach, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

schönes und angenehmes Haus, super schöne Region; schade, dass es nicht so sauber war, dusche lief nicht ab, war voller haare :-( küche auch nicht wirklich sauber, haube sehr fettig und rutschiger dreck. schade dass wir 120,00 € für die Putzfrau/mann zahlen müssen

Wir hatten eine sonnenreiche Urlaubswoche. Leider waren noch nicht alle Almen durchgehend bewirtschaftet (Saisonbeginn, Corona). Die Unterkunft in Goldegg war gut ausgestattet mit zwei 2 neu renovierten Bädern von 3. Jedoch war der Abfluss im Waschbecken eines neuen Bades dauerhaft verstopft. Bei Nutzung des Waschbeckens floss Wasser an der Decke im daruntergelegenen Wohnzimmer auf den Boden (Pfützenbildung). Hierzu hing bereits im Bad ein Hinweiszettel. Laut Verwalter war das Problem dem Eigentümer bekannt; dieser wollte den Schaden aber selbst beheben – wann auch immer. So etwas geht gar nicht. Die Rasenfläche des großen Gartens war wohl kurz vor unserer Anreise schnell noch gemäht worden. Die Brennnesseln an der Terrasse sind aber nicht beseitigt worden, so dass sich unser Enkelkind hieran genesselt hat – nicht so toll. Die Terrasse sowie der Platz vor der Garage waren unsauber (Blätter, kleine Äste, Unkraut) – kein schöner Empfang. Manches Geschirr sowie einige elektrische Geräte (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster) waren wohl lange nicht benutzt und nach dem letzten Gebrauch nicht richtig gespült worden. Da haben wir erst einmal selbst Hand angelegt – Endreinigung????? Alles in allem noch als Angemessen bewertet...

Schönes, großes Ferienhaus in den wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche verbracht haben. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch der Grill hat die Herzen unserer Männer höher schlagen lassen. An der einen oder anderen Stelle hätte es etwas sauberer sein können, aber das ist vielleicht auch nur Corona und den längeren Leerstand auf Grund es Lockdowns geschuldet. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und der Hausverwalter hat sich bei Fragen gut um uns gekümmert und uns mit Ausflugtipps versorgt.

Großer, gut gepflegter Garten. Ruhige Lage und sehr freundlich empfangen vom Eigentümer. Haus selbst benötigt nur wenig Wartung hier und da war nicht sauber. Möbel stecken bei der Ankunft oder war fettig. Preis / Qualität der Immobilie ist zu hoch. Küchenutensilien auch schmutzig. Weiterhin großes Haus. Früher Ferien sind besser bei Belvilla so, wenn es nichts zu verstehen. Haus fühlte sich nicht sauber.
