GC Getaways welcomes you to our stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Broadbeach, right in the middle of the vibrant Oracle precinct with its numerous restaurants and bars. With sweeping city views, this apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach and is the perfect place for your next Gold Coast getaway.

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted with a light and airy space that is beautifully decorated. The living area features comfortable seating, a large Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning city views.

When it comes to location, you couldn't ask for better. Our unit is situated in the heart of Oracle Broadbeach, just a short walk from the beach, shopping, and dining precincts. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore the local area, or simply soak up the stunning views, this is the perfect holiday unit for you.

When renting a luxury apartment, do not accept "starter packs" and not having enough toilet paper/toiletries, garbage bags or dishwasher tablets to last your stay! This apartment has it all!

Complimentary mid-stay linen change for stays of 9 days or longer.

Porta-cot and high chair provided (please bring own linen).

Online check-in form and Rental Agreement: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.

Rental Agreement: You will receive a "Thank you for booking message" which will include a link to the Rental Agreement which covers house rules and the details of your individual booking. By proceeding with the booking you are agreeing to the house rules and the rental agreement

Payment: A credit card is required to secure your booking and will be validated at the time of the reservation. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival.

Keys are collected from the Friendly Grocer in Broadbeach which is a 7 min walk from your apartment.

There is no need for a car as the apartment is within walking distance of many Gold Coast attractions, including:
• Patrolled beach (Kurrawa) – 4 min walk
• Restaurants and bars - at your doorstep
• Pacific Fair (shopping) - 8 min walk
• The Star casino – 5 min walk
• Gold Coast Convention Centre – 7 min walk
• Light rail station – 6 min walk
• Woolworths supermarket and Oasis shopping centre – across the road
• Burleigh heads – 10 minutes by car

This apartment is privately managed and not associated with the inhouse managers. This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the buildings facilities. The only item you are unable to use is the front desk, however that is what the GC Getaways team is here for!

This is a non smoking building including balconies and common areas.
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

Oracle Tower 2 Apartment

Apartment was spacious, very clean and a lovely welcome pack of goodies for our stay. Location was great for restaurant precinct but not so close to the beach for our family. Carpark was very busy, our space was taken but owner very prompt with another one in same carpark. Thanks, Steve, for your help!

The location was outstanding and easy access to everything . The apartment itself had lots of additional items that we would have to buy as we had forgotten them. eg facial wipes, ear buds , beach towels etc. We stay in apartments every holiday and this one just seem to have all things covered. Would happily return to this apartment but found the management of it above and beyond. Upon arrival our credit card was declined but instead of holding us up the management was patient and considerate .Crcd was sorted and we felt it was no bother to Steve - Absolute great management.
