No parties or events. No Schoolies. A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking. No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday. $250 fee for each lost key. Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you. Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
