"The room was right across from the elevator and I was afraid the sound might be a problem, but the room was very sound proof and I experienced no problems. The staff was very helpful and I found had a high level of English. The 0745 shuttle, a large tour size bus, was very crowded and I think some folks had to wait for the 0845 shuttle. Perhaps the hotel could provide an overflow shuttle for that time frame. One of the problems seemed to be that there wasn’t enough space for all the luggage. I was able to carry my luggage on board and thus was able to take the 0745. In fact there were a few empty seats."

"Hotel was wonderful along with the entire hotel staff, great location, room clean and confortable. We love the floor to ceiling windows and our view of the city was amazing. Spa was excellent as well as workout space/pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices to fill your plate. Lots of seating in the breakfast area if you want to sit looking out the window or sit at the coffee/bar."
