Blue C 305 is a spacious and modern apartment located on the beachfront in Coolangatta offering stunning views from the third floor and great resort facilities!

The apartment features 2 bedrooms - master bedroom with luxurious king bed, wall mounted TV, ensuite with bath and separate shower and access to the beachfront balcony. Enjoy stunning sunrises from the comfort of your bed!

The second room offers 2 Xl single beds, which can be joined together as a king bed. The apartment is completely perfect for either 2 couples or a family travelling with kids.

The cool, tiled open plan living and lounge area offers everything you need to relax on holidays, complete with comfortable furnishings, free Wi-Fi and Foxtel. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining on holidays.

Step out to your private beachfront balcony and enjoy the stunning views and refreshing ocean breezes. This is the perfect place to enjoy Cooly Rocks On and the other festivals held throughout the year.

There is also a second bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Blue C 305 ensure year round comfort with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout and comfortable, quality furnishings and fittings.

Blue C is one of Coolangatta’s most popular buildings offering fantastic facilities including heated outdoor pool, gym, barbecue area and sauna. There is also secure underground parking for 1 car.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
 
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
