We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with family. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was one of the rooms affected by the heating issues but reception provided a small heater to use and we didn't really notice any difference. Citywide Hospitality
Room was clean & comfortable, some cosmetic issues such as cupboard door broken, and tv not working if extraction fan was on. However communication was great, very clear and personal. The staff I met on arrival made sure I was ok. I would stay again.
