Great location on the water. Maybe in the summer there are loud parties and dancing, but in November it was quiet. The included breakfast was amazing, and the dinners were tasty and very reasonably priced. My server Irem in the restaurant deserves 6 stars, and the grilled (fish) çipura she recommended waa delicious!

Not recommended

The hotel is a very amateur business. Despite the well-intentioned staff, the quality of the hotel's materials is very poor. We had to stay in a room with a non-working air conditioner and a non-working hair dryer. Since the air conditioner was not working, we opened the window and the blacksmiths were cutting iron in the hotel. The breakfast and restaurant staff were very good. But the hotel business was very weak and of poor quality.

The wifi seems inaccessible without a "Turkish ID" number. The staff was more than willing to provide one, but the new system may need a sustainable option for yabancı guests. I continue to love the (included) breakfast. The Lucera (?) restaurant is a great option for lunch and dinner with reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. At this time of year at least, if you don't get a lake-view room, you get the sunrise on the other side!

Near the lake, nice area, facilities are good, aircon works excellent, small tiny room but cozy. What disappointed me was how we were welcomed by the young male as front desk, as if he didnt want us to stay there! The chair was dirty in ournroom but overall it was a good stay, slept and walked near the lake, good price as well 👍

The staff were friendly and the hotel was beautifully decorated . The location and views were fantastic. The restaurant dinner was terrible. The service was slow and everything was over cooked. There was no blanket provided and the top sheet The sheet was too small for the bed. we had to unmake the bed and turn it sideways even then we could have our feet covered or chest covered but not both. It made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The breakfast was great.

Wish we had chosen a different option

First off, what was good: the location is fine for someone just needing a stopover, right off the highway. The staff were great at checkin, breakfast, and checkout. The food was plentiful. Second, what wasn’t great. The room smelled dank when we got there, and didn’t air out with either AC or an open door to the outside. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. One of the upholstered chairs in the room was randomly soaking wet, and smelled foul. And the place is loud- we heard our neighboring room as if they were in the same room as us, and the noise in the hallway from other rooms was quite evident. All told, not the experience I hoped for at all, and I would not return.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are well-maintained and the furnishings are new. Breakfast was very nice and delicious. It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood outside of the city.

Fine,but ...

The room was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of parking within the property. The hotel is huge but clearly focused on events, mainly weddings. We used it as a way of avoiding the center of Ancara. Breakfast was served at the table instead of a buffet as there weren't many guests on that day. The minus of our stay was regarding payment as the machines used both at the reception and the hotel restaurant charged us in dollars instead of Turkish Liras without our consent. That was time consuming and a bit of stressful experience as we had to ask them to cancel it and ended up paying cash, which fortunately we had at the occasion.

one of my reserved rooms was 2 single beds, but the hotel said that they cant offer this option. its not an option, its on the system. I asked for the smoking area, they told me its outside of the hotel, so i asked them if there is a chair outside in the smoking area, and they said that they dont have. this is very bad

This is what I did not like: - Cigarettes smoke in my room because the neighbor(s) smoke(s). Big discomfort. One receptionist told me that's because no balcony for smoking for guests (no comment). FYI, an ash tray is available in the room while the bathroom has a big sign of forbidden smoking ... - The breakfast time starts at 07:30 AM: that's too late. - The breakfast is not self service: the personnel (typically one person) brings everything to every table where there is at least one guest. They do not ask the guest what he/she wants. - The personnel including the receptionists do not speak English or in a negligible way. They use a phone translation app to communicate with non-Turskish speakers. - The WiFi does not work for guests that aren't Turkish or aren't Foreigners living in Turkey: An official ID number is required.

ilk tezervasyon yaptigimiz oda standart gol manzarali idi ancak odayi gorunce kalamayacagimizi anlayip upgrade istedik, yaklasik odedigimiz kadar ilave odeme yaparak deluxe odaya gectik. sagolsunlar bu konuda cok yardimci oldular. oda yeni, temiz ve kalinabilir durumda olmasina ragmen bitisik odalarla duvar ve ses izolasyonu yok gibi. yan odalarda ne yasaniyorsa sizde on siradan goruntusuz ama sesli olarak takip ediliyor. hatta yan odada isik acildiginda kaldigimiz oda karanlik oldugunda tavanin aydinlandigini farkettik. kisaca uyumak oek mumkun degil. kahvalti iyi, calisanlar guleryuzlu ve gayet yardimci.

Şehirden biraz uzaklaşmak isteyenlere, şahane göl manzaralı keyifli bir otel. Personel son derece yardımsever. Kahvaltısı çok güzel, geç saate kadar kahvaltı olması bizim için iyi oldu. Restoranın da çok memnun kaldık. Fiyat performans olarak da gayet uygun, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Ailece konakladık, minik bebeğimiz var, giriş saatinden yarım saat önce giriş yapmamıza rağmen, odamız hızlıca temizlendi ve teslim edildi, çok mutlu olduk. çalışanlar güler yüzlü, otel temiz, manzara harika, daha ne olsun. Tekrar gitsem konaklayacağım ve önereceğim bir otel, teşekkürler.

Kronos otelde 1 gece ve büyüleyici manzara ✌️

Merhabalar; Kronos otele gittiğimizde odamız hazır değildi resepsiyon görevlisi biraz beklememizi istedi ve restorantta oturabileceğimizi söyledi. Restorantta otururken soğuk birşeyler içmek istedik. O sırada bulunan personeller hiç normal değildi çok asık suratlılardı. Daha otele yeni gelmiştik ve bu durum hiç hoş değildi. Haricinde 114 nolu suit odada kaldık. Odanın genişliği balkonun manzarası mükemmeldi. Hele ki akşam saatlerinde odamızın manzarası çok etkileyiciydi. Boğazda yalı balkonundan farksızdı. Sadece banyoda duş fiskiyesi sorunluydu. Onuda otel çıkışında resepsiyona söyledik. Ayrıca sabah kahvaltısı harikaydı. Çok fazla çeşit ve lezzetli ürünler masamıza servis edildi. Kahvaltı personelleri de tecrübeli ve çok ilgililerdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ama bu sektörde güleryüzlü olmayan personellerin misafirlerle ilgilenmemesi gerektiği kanaatindeyiz. Ya da eğitim verilerek bu durumun önüne geçilebilir. Herşey için teşekkürler..
