"The hotel itself is amazing. Great staff, premises, next to the sandy beach with clean and warm sea for swimming. I have taken 1 star for everything because: 1. On the first day one member of staff in the bar was very rude to me and I had to complain. We didn't go to the bar after the incident. 2. There are a lot of cats in the canteen who try to get into your plate. 3. A lot of dogs on the territory of the hotel chasing guests, fighting with each other. The worst thing is that the dogs are fouling on the beach!!! It has considerably spoilt the impression. 4. Location is very far away from the airport: beween 2.5-3 hours drive one way."

"Our room was spacious. Santa Claus museum and eateries are about 5-10 mins walkable. There is street parking. A mini market next door. Wifi is good. Rooftop buffet breakfast is good. SEAVIEW is only (barely)visible from the roof"

"I loved this place! Amazing views, great hosts - super friendly and knowledgeable. We met most of the other families staying there too at breakfast which was a very social affair. I can’t recommend this enough, all types of accommodation from hobbit house to raised stilted duplex (this is where we were). We were greeted with a drink also offered some homemade wine too, it was lovely- and sat with the host for an hour or so, planned our following day based off his recommendations (which were faultless), then we spent the night in our chalet. Breakfast was help yourself home prepared traditional breakfast with locally sourced and made produce with all the other guests. We also met UK Oliver and his Portuguese girlfriend who were travel working around Turkey, they were here for two weeks. I wish them the best in their onward travels "

"Not great location but lovely apartment & very clean. Booked for 5 nights but had to leave after 3 nights due to deafening constant building work noise. Was about 2 miles from Demre centre so a car is essential as no bars/restaurants/shops etc.. nearby. Whilst apartment was lovely, it lacked lots of basics, bath mats, tea towel, plates. It could be lots better. Not very private, 3 times people just walked through the garden."
