"Probably one of the best stays of my life. The stag was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The attention to detail is impeccable, whilst not overwhelming. " 宿泊人数が伝わっていなかったのか、単なるミスなのかわかりませんが、3人のところが2人になっていてアメニティ類が足りておらず催促させてもらいました。気に入った宿の再訪でしたが少し残念でした。"

"・宿の設備など２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。・課題今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"Das Kikunoya Ryokan ist äußerst zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kenrokuen Park, dem Samurai-Viertel und dem Nichi Chaya Viertel entfernt – und das bei einem wirklich sehr günstigen Preis. Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – ein vorzeitiger Check-In war kein Problem. In nächster Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und Kneipen, dennoch ist das Ryokan ruhig gelegen. Beautiful hotel.

"Beautiful room. Very comfortable. Shower, toilet and wash hand basin all in separate areas of the room??? No where to hang your clothes. Only 6 coat hangers. No drawers. No option other than the local brown rice tea. Didn't get a chance to use the public bath as it closed at 10am and didn't open again until 3pm. Breakfast was rice and fish set tray. No options."

"Firstly, this was a beautiful hotel. However, my main reason for loving it was that I actually left a backpack at the Starbucks next door and had left for Tokyo. I do not speak Japanese and I was leaving Japan 3 days later. The hotel staff actually helped me contact Starbucks to retrieve it and arranged for it to be shipped to my next hotel in a day and a half! Amazing service. I couldn’t thank them enough for being so awesome. "
