"This was advertised as having a kitchen. Kitchen facilities are in another building that are communal. The other option is to rent a gas burner. Everything is extra (e.g. trash, gas burner). Heater for room kept turning off. Barely enough space for 3 futons. Japanese communal bathrooms near bungalows, western style in main building. We only stayed one of the two nights booked even though we did not get a refund."

"Fantastic place to stay! From the moment we arrived we felt very well cared for. The room(s) were spotless and in beautiful shape. The soaking tub in the room was a real treat that we took advantage of. And the meals were phenomenal!"
