"The room was a good size, but the main light over the dining area flickered on and off the entire trip. We did let the front desk know and someone came up to look at it but it happened to be on when he came so he didn’t do anything about it. Also the kids bunk beds are close to ceiling but we had upstairs guests stomping around from 6 am to 11 pm and my kids couldn’t sleep. I complained to hotel staff multiple times but not much was done about it and was told specifically they can’t control...

"This place had probably the best thing… bread and cakes for free as that kept me from going out to spend money in the evening on a sandwiches. Other than that the staff were friendly enough and the room was okay but I kept finding hairs on the bed along with the grey thing at the bottom of the blanket covered in them. So I just threw that on the floor as it really put me off using the bed, so I just slept on top of the covers."

"The room was very clean. Smaller room than expected but functional. Laundry facilities were nice to have on site but the dryer didn’t work well, other guests mentioned the same thing. The breakfast was very nice! Overall comfortable room and in a great location."

This was the only hotel where I had to check in before we got there and required me to upload passport details. You needed it to get a qr code to check in. You also don't get a key to your room, you get a 4 digit number. We found that a little frustrating the first night as we weren't shown how to do it, but got it sorted. "New hotel in a great location to great food, shopping and attractions. Amazing and helpful staff. Short walk to Ameyoko Market and very close walk to subway stations. A nice neighborhood with a good mix of locals and tourists. There is a 7-11 right next door and a grocery store 5 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed three nights and the room was never made. A bag of towels, clean robes and cups with coffee/tea were put outside the door every day. You need to throw your trash out in the hallway if you want it taken away."
