They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

Meu check-in estava para às 14h e cheguei às 13h, aguardei até mais de 14h pelo meu quarto que não estava limpo e tive que cobrar por um uma vez que eu teria de ir para uma reunião de trabalho. A solução foi me transferir para qualquer quarto. Essa foi a abordagem. Transparecendo ser minha a culpa de não poder esperar mais. Algumas luzes do quarto em questão não ligavam. Os pontos positivos são as camareiras e o café muito bem servido. Com o pessoal da copa muito atencioso.
