The holiday flat A - object number 758535 - is a spacious, generously laid out and equipped flat, which is located on the mezzanine floor of a detached house in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The previously existing sea view is unfortunately overgrown in the green republic. The property is completely enclosed and there is a car parking space for guests on the property. The beaches, the forest on the Plansberg and the shops, restaurants and other facilities of Göhren can be reached in a few minutes, of course all on foot, better even on foot!
The flat with its approx. 120 square metres is intended for up to 4 persons, it contains 1 bedroom with French bed (1.4 x 2 metres), SAT-TV, 1 bedroom with a large double bed (two mattresses 90x200), SAT-TV, 1 living room with SAT-TV, 1 dining room (winter garden with garden view), 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, WC and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a hallway with a small picture gallery and seating furniture.

1 pet, dog or cat, is allowed. Since there are also owners of other buildings on the entire property from time to time, it is not desired to let the dog or cat run free. ("Walking" is also permitted outside the property. The landlord lives in another flat in the building and is present from time to time (seasonally), otherwise the property is regularly visited by the caretaker. If the landlords are not on site, they instruct a neighbour to hand over the keys and the holiday apartment or to return it on the day of departure. Guests will be informed of the neighbour's telephone number by email. The guests agree the time of arrival and departure with the landlords or the neighbour. (4 pm - until approx. 6 pm arrival) - (departure until 10 am) The property is locked as a whole, the car parking space for guests is located on the property. The stay in the Ostssebad Göhren is subject to spa tax. From 2017, the spa administration will no longer charge the nights of stay, as before, but the days of stay, including the day of arrival and departure.

After all, you will hardly have time: For a visit to the theatre or a concert, for a boat trip to the chalk cliffs, around the island of Vilm or to the island of Hiddensee, for a boat trip to Sweden or Denmark.
