"Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nach kurzem Anruf wurde geöffnet, Zimmer groß, WLAN sehr gut, gutes Frühstück extra zu bezahlen (!), Hotel neben Kirche, Glocken läuten bis 22:00 und dann Nachtruhe bis 6:00 :-). Sehr freundliches Service"

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Die Sauna im Badezimmer war super. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Lage ist auch top. 15 min mit dem Auto zum Skigebiet. Es wäre super wenn man die Spinnnetze entfernt."
