"Great hotel in an amazing location in the heart of Bruges. We stayed in the new part of the hotel which was so quiet! No aircon in winter but you can open the window a jar which made the room nice and cool. With window open - still very quiet! Smallish shower but good pressure. "Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...
