"The apartment was double booked by the accommodation. Meaning when I tried to come in(with my code and booking confirmation) and someone else was already there. After contacting customer service(who were in touch with the accommodation) we DID NOT get ANY compensation, even trough it was not out fault(again, we had a reservation confirmation and paid and even had the code for entering the apartment)"

"Property had its challenges with maintenance and missing tv remotes. Lovely space in great location otherwise with easy check in."
