The views from both the bedroom and our private balcony were stunning, especially the view of the Cathedral of Palermo. "Good location, 10 mins walking distance to historic centre and 5 mins to the new port venue area. Room very comfortable and clean. Traffic in Palermo is just mad ! Ask for rooms at the back of the property rather than facing the main road. The communal kitchen on our floor was, unfortunately, not very clean and not stocked with coffee as promised."

The staff are incredibly helpful — Marta helped us get to the hotel and connected via WhatsApp prior to arrival, ensuring we got there safe and sound. It’s in the very friendly multicultural Ballaró market neighborhood and in walking distance to many other sights and restaurants. We were in Palermo a short time and Rosario was very helpful in giving us good suggestions on what to do. We had so much fun in Palermo and felt safe at all times. It’s also walking distance to the central train station with trains that go to the airport. We would definitely stay at this B&B...

"The stay was very enjoyable, the photos on the website are old and the hostel is not as new looking as in the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable and the hostel was very central to all the amenities. My only issue was that the street was very noisy, a lot of police car sirens and loud motorbikes late at night. I had earplugs which helped with the problem and I am sure that every hotel/hostel on the road has the same issues overall a very pleasant...

We recommend you pay attention to advance emails about checking in online 48 hours before arriving to get the front door code for the building - the hotel lobby is on an upper floor. The checkin desk was literally right outside our room so sound was noticeable during business hours. The rooms are quite large and somewhat unusual, but we enjoyed our stay there. "

"The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The area of beach next to the apartment is beautiful, but the general location (outside of the apartment complex) is somewhat dirty....
