"We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11."

"The disinfectant odor was unpleasantly strong and there was a concerning note about the elevator not working if a button was pushed too hard, so we took the stairs."

"We were promised that the pool would be open the following day, but it never opened. The mattresses were completely worn out and sagging badly, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel was dirty overall and clearly not well maintained. I would not recommend staying here."

Upon entering, landscaping is very much needed, very stale & musky scent walking in, hallways where carpet is seems like it hasn’t been vacuumed in awhile, wear & tear of the walls, elevator. Our room was a great size & very comfortable, but the same musty scent & room was a little humid. AC unit kept making a noise throughout. Great location but just updates & upkeep needed."

"The property was look very dirty and had a very distinctive odor from the time you entered the door. The room was very enclosed with no windows to see outside, a very claustrophobic feeling. It’s a very strong, overpowering smell that makes it very hard to breathe. I was very disappointed had to leave the same time"

"Very disappointed with this hotel. The property was not clean, and because they are remodeling, everything felt messy and unorganized. You could tell the bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned, which was really unpleasant. The hotel looked much better in the pictures than it does in person, which was very misleading. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I will definitely not be staying here again."

"We checked in and immediately adjusted the temperature in the room and set out on our excursion. We returned a couple hours later and the temperature was about the same. We lowered the temperature again and headed to the pool. While at the pool we discovered the restroom was very unclean! I sent a text message as requested and the response was questions. Did the toilet overflow? What happened? I didn’t know what happened. I was simply reporting an issue I discovered. Again met with questions....
