"Villa is located in quiet zone and has very nice garden available also for guests. You can reach the nearest beach in 5 min by walking. Groceries and bakery also close to location. Ivan's mother was excellent host. I would recommend it to my friends. Thx Emanuel"

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Budva sehr genossen. Von der Unterkunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Es ist wirklich ein schönes Haus. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch der Pool war sauber und wurde gerne von uns genutzt. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann Supermärkte und den Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Adi immer zur Stelle. Er hat alles gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Danke!!! Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter...

"Een prachtige plek, iets lastig te vinden. De rust en het zwembad zijn erg fijn en je kunt goed ontspannen. Huisje is ruim. Het huisje was perfect schoon. Olya en Uwe zijn geweldige mensen en willen het je heel graag naar de zin maken, zodat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Bedankt daarvoor"

"Scandinavian style new holiday villa. Extremely clean and suitable for a family holiday. Good sized shared pool with another villa. Really big fenced yard. Superb host family ready to help in every problem and also helpful with beach and restaurant recommendations. 5 stars."

"De grands espaces extérieurs autour de la maison. Logement bien placé même si il faut arpenter une côte raide sur 3km. Chambres confortables et spacieuses. La cuisine mériterait un coup de neuf et un lave vaisselle."

"The property was really equipped for a comfortable stay really great location and amenities we struggled finding the pool and spa there could be better directions We arrived on the morning of july 13th we really had to wait until actual check in the lady in the front reception was really annoyed when we kept asking I feel she could have made an effort or be kind about the fact that this was not possible Itravel a lot and understand how these things work but there is a difference when you are doing your job every thing else was really wonderful thank you "
