"For what I paid the room was as expected, it was clean had a good TV that had plenty of channel choice. There were hot drink facilities in the room and the bed was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was brilliant! The chef did a cracking job with my order and the mushroom sauce as a side was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with local produce and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for sometime. "

They provided several 'extra touches', such as a little box full of menus, pamphlets for local establishments & the owner's recommendations for restaurants, as well as a few snacks alongside tea/coffee. "Pay attention to the check in/deposit process. After check in an email should be sent and a request for a deposit. After the deposit, instructions on your room and how to get in will be sent. Other than that the come and leave as you go is nice and convenient."

"I had a very nice stay here. Saati was very pleasant and helpful, and it was a quick ride from the airport. The building is very old (1574!), and the surrounding area was very pretty. There were some gnats in my room near the window; to be expected in a historical building. They did not negatively impact my stay at all. Mosquito nets are provided."

"The Percy Arms is truly a hidden gem in Surrey. Situated in the quaint village of Chilworth, this quiet Inn was absolutely fantastic on all fronts. The room was gorgeous and spacious. "The place was as advertised. In a quaint village. We had dinner and breakfast, both meals were great. The bar and meal areas are inviting. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. "

"Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge.
