"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

"Skönt med en egen liten lägenhet i stället för bara ett rum när man är en familj. Det var rent och fräscht och det kändes att de var måna om sina gäster. De hade en insynsskyddad pool som vi hade turen att ha för oss själva. Frukost levererades smidigt paketerar till dörren på morgonen. Perfekt att bo här när man är på genomresa då hotellet ligger nära påfart till de stora vägarna som tar dig genom landet."

"every thing positive written about this hotel is a big lie! toilet in the bedroom! dirty bathroom, cold water, bed sheets dirty and extremely old. matrresses are ancient and in very bad shape ( deep in the middle of the bed ). No wifi, only hot water in the shower, blankets at least 20 years old! No tv, and the list is long! in short every positive comment written about this hotel is probably written by their friends and relavies! "

"We had a brilliant stay at Liberty Signa and really couldn’t fault the overall experience. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are fantastic and the staff were all so friendly, welcoming and attentive. We were also lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. The food and choice of restaurants were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed being able to experience the à la carte options. The only suggestion I would make is regarding the à la carte restaurants. If you are staying for seven nights, it would be great to have the option to visit two of the restaurants for free rather than only being able to visit one. It would give guests staying for a longer period more flexibility to enjoy a variety of food. The adult pool was best part of our stay and the fact that it has a swim up bar was the best experience and made our holiday. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return to Liberty Signa. A beautiful hotel with excellent service and a great atmosphere."

"This is actually more of an apartment-style guesthouse than a hotel. The bathroom lacked some basic toiletries, and there were no disposable slippers. The TV was quite small, and the overall cleanliness did not inspire much confidence. On the positive side, the swimming pool was very nice, and the breakfast was good. As long as you keep your expectations reasonable, you’ll get what you pay for."

"We stayed at this hotel for the second time and had another wonderful family holiday. During our stay, there was an unfortunate incident related to my child’s nut allergy. A food item was marked as not containing nuts, but there was a mistake. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally. They took full responsibility, supported us immediately, and covered all medical costs related to the doctor and hospital checks. We really appreciated their care and the way they increased their focus on allergy management after the incident. Special thanks to Chefs Ahmed and Hussein, who kindly prepared safe cakes and desserts for my children. Their attention and kindness meant a lot to us. Overall, the hotel is very family-friendly, with a great pool, beautiful beach, and very tasty food. We are very satisfied, will definitely visit again, and have already recommended it to many friends."
