"Good"

"Although the room was clean and the hotel located in a pretty area, the staff were not very friendly and I had only cold water in the room. I do not know if it is because they could not speak English, but I thought greeting skills, customer service, or a simple smile would not need any translation. I had to ask all the questions to the receptionist regarding dinner, breakfast, times, etc., otherwise I would have been given the room key and that was it. There was not hot water in the toilet....

"Breakfast was good but boring. Everyday exactly same thing. Orange juice and apple juice wasn't a juice. It was orange or apple flavored water."
