Amazing as always.

This is the third time we have stayed at this particular location. The house is beautiful and grounds are amazing. The location is secluded but close to everything. Lots to do at the house and the surrounding areas.

PERFECTION!

This home was amazing! From the moment we walked in all stress left! It was decorated beautifully inside and outside! The enclosed back porch was the perfect place to sit and relax or to have a meal or watch the sunrise! The neighbors on the left, (Steve and Connie), were very friendly and were helpful in suggesting places to go. Thank you Ashley, for sharing your piece of paradise!

Love love love the view of the Mobjack Bay & the North River! Right on a nice sandy beach which is perfect for swimming! Comfy bedding, cute and tasteful decor!

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay the beach was beautiful and the house was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Very nice neighborhood and beautiful views from the screened in backporch. The kids loved seeing all the crabs, horseshoe crabs, and fish everywhere.

Fun on the beach

Great group vacation home. The beach was fantastic, and the screen porch was wonderful. Dishwasher wasn't working while we were there, but that didn't stop us from relaxing and enjoying our stay.

Beach peace and tranquility

Very glad we found this property. The home is well appointed and comfortable. The back porch and private beach were where we spent most of our time. The local general store is a must to stop and get some candy or a sandwich. Close to Williamsburg where there’s lots to see and do. The owner was kind and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this listing and it has inky gotten better! The upgrades in the kitchen are wonderful! The rooms are spacious and the living space is functional and comfortable! The true star of this listing is the back porch and beach! Eating breakfast or the back porch while watching the sun rise is truly magnificent. We never worried about five and six year old becoming overwhelmed in the water. The sand never became too hot to play on which made it even better! You cannot go wrong with this listing!! You will not regret it!!

Hidden gem

Tucked back into a lovely spot we came for a wedding near Willamsburg - Mattresses were refreshingly more than comfortable! Dishwasher is not made for that counter, but no biggie, we used paper products. Comfortable, could use some updates, but what rental couldn't truly. Beautiful location would be delightful in the summertime.

Great place to make new memories

In one word: Amazing! Such a beautiful place in a great area! We loved the proximity to the water and the town of Gloucester. We made lots of memories and everyone in town was so friendly. The home was very comfortable for the five of us - plenty of space to spend time together as well as relax alone. My three teenage boys absolutely loved the kayaks and spending time in the water attempting to catch some crabs. Thank you for opening your home to us and creating such a cozy place to make memories.
