"Beim Checkin wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden, hat erstmal einige Minuten gebraucht bevor der Checkin funktionierte. Dann bekam ich ein falsches Zimmer, nicht jenes welches ich von der Farbe her gebucht hatte. Im Zimmer angekommen ging dann die Tür nicht richtig zu, es bleibt ein großer Spalt offen. Wenn man versucht die Tür zuzuziehen von innen, dann kommt einem der Türgriff entgegen. Zimmer stinkt und war dreckig, waren fremde Haare im Zimmer, z.B. an den Halterungen im Bad. "This hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had trouble with the heat in our room so got switched out right away and upgraded at the same time. The room was very clean and upgraded room was very large. Do not miss breakfast at this place, it was one of the best we had in 18 days of traveling the area. "
