"As a wheelchair user I always worry when I stay in another country and have to try and explain my needs. But the Titanic is really accessible and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The accessible room was brilliant and just perfect. The right amount of room and functionality without leaving out the luxury I like. The lift up to the foyer was very slow and I could not use it without staff which was a little awkward. But that is my only complaint. Would recommend for wheelchair users. "

"Absolutely loved this place! Check in was all done by phone with electronic keys being activated on the app. Same with check-out, which was very easy. The apartment itself was wonderful and had everything we needed. Modern, clean, and very comfortable. The drinks in the bar were fantastic, the bagels in the cafe were equally good, and all of the staff were lovely! We walked all around Berlin from here. Lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby."
