House overlooks beautiful Lake Glenville from front porch, front bedroom and main living area. Back porch, master bedroom, kitchen and 2nd bedroom all have a gorgeous view of Christmas Tree Farm and Wedding Venue. The main floor features wood floors including 3 bedrooms split plan with fireplace. Large finished basement includes king bed, twin bed and an extra floor mattress if needed and an English version of pool “Skittles”. For your enjoyment, front porch has some games including Cornhole and in the garage there are kayaks and a fire pit out back. Numerous games and puzzles in living room for your enjoyment. Chair lift for no stairs if needed. Driveway is a little steep. Trailers and hitch mounted luggage racks will damage driveway and road. If you are going have more than 3 large vehicles please notify owner prior to renting.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Take trash to local recycle center 1 mile N on 107. Extra cleaning fee added if left.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Take garbage/recycle to local recycle center 1 mile N on 107 and never put garbage outside. Xtra cleaning fee added for left garbage.
Upon leaving, please take off all used sheets off beds and leave on top. Towels and such can be left in laundry. Shut off all lights and lock doors.
Please keep all pets off furniture and and beds and pick up after your pet. Xtra cleaning fee added for dog hair on furniture.
