"When you first pull into the property your are amazed on how beautiful it is. Then when you go inside the cottage, you realize how spotlessly clean it is. But the real surprise is when you meet the owners of the property. Carol & Dan are warm, welcoming people who make you feel like old friends. "We enjoyed the stay, everything we needed was there. The ad for the property said within a 2min walk for the lake and the photos looked as though we would just walk out and the lake would be there however the lake was a short drive maybe 4min. For all those seniors who may have a handicap you can't walk to the lake. The only other finding was alot of dog hair from a long haired dog on the floor and behind the couch, also some candy wrappers behind the couch from prior guests. "

"Newly renovated inside very clean and modern, enjoyed using the fire ring for a nightly fire outside quiet neighborhood with short walk to beaches short drive to either Inlet or Old Forge would book again"

"We stayed with our family for a long weekend. The house is in a great location on the river, quiet, and has accommodation to make everyone feel comfortable, including our two year old son and small dog. The sandbox and toys were a big hit with the toddler! The main complaints were that it was pretty dusty in some spots, the high chair was still dirty and the kitchen was lacking a few pieces. "Perfect summer getaway for a large family. The lake is incredible. Plenty of boats to keep everyone happy. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Had everything I needed and more. AAbsolutely no cell service so"

"We had a great time! The cottage is very cute and has lots of Adirondack details. We enjoyed great fires and were happily surprised by adequate towels and blankets, etc., which made the stay extra comfy and restful. It is so nice that the kitchen is equipped with many nice dishes, tea, coffee and cocoa. "

"The pictures do not do the property justice. Lots of room in both cabins. With dining and kitchen areas in both, had coffee maker and Keurig's in both buildings as well. And more important than the Lake being close, the ice cream shop is closer!! Also, a nice souvenir shop, restaurant and landmark Donut Shop are within walking distance as well. We look forward to staying here again, but are hoping this review doesn't cause it to be booked when we plan our next trip."
