"Good room, friendly staff and a good breakfast."

"Nice lodge room out in the court yard, had everthing we needed. Nice room, comfy bed with good ensuite with shower. Good choice for breakfast and all in a good location."

"The disabled access room was excellent, the buffer breakfast was very good. Only issue with the hotel was the room telephone did not work, despite best efforts of staff. Had to use reception desk phone to call my bank overseas. Fettykill restaurant next door was a disaster, was refused dinner on the 1st night, despite arriving 1hr before closing, because they had already shut kitchen at 8:30pm. 2nd Time despite booking table, most food was gone, food served cold, waitron never came back after serving food. Had to go to bar to order more drinks, restaurant manager surly and unhelpful. Not a good reflection on hotel."

"Really enjoyed my stay here, was greeted at reception and informed of facilities and also given local takeaway menu as I was hungry, from here we went to 2nd floor room, we took the stairs though there is an elevator (2 people max) after getting unpacked etc we grabbed food and used the kitchen facilities behind lobby. After which we took a short walk to the Kelpies, we were given directions by lovely member of staff. After a great nights sleep I enjoyed a coffee and biscuit from the facilities in the room. Upon checking out the same member of staff that greeted us and helped with directions was still working. With how friendly and helpful she was she helped make this stay! Her bosses need to know how great she was! "

"Pleasant stay. The hotel was very convenient to city center and at the entrance to the lovely Pittencrieff Park. Check out the 7 Kings pub a few doors away. "
