"Everything was amazing except for the hot tub. It was neither hot nor clean. However, the service, friendliness, and cleanliness of everything else was on par if not better than some of the finest "resorts" I have stayed in."

The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation.
