"We had such a nice stay at this country cabin. It was very peaceful and the place was comfortable with everything we needed. The highlight was getting a visit from Mr. Earl- in the rain no less. Teresa, your daddy is such a sweetheart. That was the first time a house host ever came for a stop on one of my stays. He was a pleasure to spend time with and to learn from him about the area and the property. We look forward to coming back."

"Check in staff was too busy smoking outside to bother checking us in for 5 minutes. I've stayed in lots of hotels and this is only acceptable as a flop house for the night. Place is showing serous signs of wear and needs at least some upkeep if not a complete remodel. Bathroom was filthy bed was decent. I was traveling with my wife and will never stay here again. I've stayed in some rough spots over the last 45 years in my work travels so I'm no stranger to cheap hotels and this is one."

"The location was great. Just a short walk to the river. The staff was great. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom. I had to back my legs up to the toilet just to open the door to get out or close it once inside. The shower controls also didn't work well with half the water still coming out of the bottom faucet. Probably because the shower head was clogged up about 50% . The breakfast bar was not to my liking as the only protein was chicken sausage."

"Breakfast was exceptional. All staff were the best I have ever seen. Every single person on staff greeted us everytime we encountered them. Friendly, helpful, informative; I can't praise them enough. Bar was a little rundown (almost shabby), but staff made up for that. Bathroom was not sparkling clean. Property is unique and it was a pleasure to stay there."

"The front door on my room 120 didn't shut all the way, it was locked and secured but at least a 1.5inch of door not shutting fully. Again, the lock worked (the dead bolt and the door one) but not the best feeling. Staff were pleasant and nice. Easy check in and check it process. Nice comfy bed, cool AC and nice TV. I'd stay here again"
