"The flat is ok-ish, clean enough I would say but definitely not a luxury apartment. It has a couple of cool things like the bathroom mirror, a couple of lights and some black furniture but that's about all the luxuries. How luxurious is it when you have to hand wash the dishes and why would you host up to 8 guests but only provide towels for a max of 4!?! On the host's defence this was mentioned in the house rules but still... The gym is actually a stationary bike in the living room, some...

"I found the apartment perfect in every way. Very modern upgrades in all rooms, with attention to the smallest detail. Cozy heating available. Everything very clean. Could definitely make this a base for day trips Close to buses and I walked from the train station when I arrived. Plenty of small, privately owned coffee shops, small cafes, and restaurants available nearby. I couldn't work out how to turn on the towel heater in the bathroom, but that is a minor concern. "I liked the overall music and art vibe. The separate room from the pullout couch was nice for my wife and I. Great little kitchen for your needs. Overall, simple, very functional, and easy check in!"

"The area is a little down at the heels, but the apartment was great - clean, bright, tastefully decorated - everything we needed. The no. 18 bus stops right out front and it is a short ride downtown. The hop on, hop off bus gave us a sense of the city. Nice walks along the waterfront; Dundee Museum and Art Gallery was worth a visit. Short drive to St. Andrews for the golf lovers!"

"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

"A very nice comfortable flat as a base for joining our family celebrations nearby. The stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and this should probably be mentioned in the description. Having said that we managed fine with some extra care and the bedroom on the same floor as the bathroom was useful. We had everything we needed and Peter was great to communicate with. Would happily stay again."
