"Wood Sink better be replaced, one head shower is useless but dripping, can't use the spa due to outside. didn't say this when I was booking, so I may pay the facility which I couldn't use it at all."

"Very warm, cosy and comfortable. Decorated lovely with a nice feel. Great kitchen with lots of different appliances. Location excellent, carpark right next to place and a short walk to the bus and other services."

"Decent place to stay "

"Clean rooms and great kitchen facilities. Josie was very good at communicating with guest and that was highly appreciated as we had a hot water issue as the heater was not functioning properly which left us with cold water only. I recommend ensuring this has been resolved before you choose to stay here. Otherwise great."

"the property was exactly as described and enjoyable to stay at."

"The property was well located for the bus to Hotham & bars & shops in Dinner Plain. I recommend signage for the chalet & the parking be made clearer, especially for those arriving at night. Bunk bed mattresses could have been more comfortable. The airing/drying room for ski gear was not ventilated, which was a problem when drying boots & clothes. Otherwise, a good warm space after a day skiing. I would rent again if the drying room was ventilated!"

"Overall a fantastic place in the perfect surrounds "
