"This place gave us what we were expecting to have. To create memories and have our mom feel very loved and valued on her birthday trip. The house was so much better in person. Very clean. Anything we needed it was available. Very roomy. We have been to lake house’s before and spiders, insects are expected but the porch in the front and back were covered in webs. Wasps nest were everywhere in the back porch. The good thing we checked everything out to keep the kids away and avoid any ER visits....

"We were in Granbury for a family wedding and the house couldn't have been more perfect for our stay! It was clean and beautiful and our hostess was readily available for all our questions and needs. There was plenty of room and the layout was obviously well-planned. We weren't able to use the beautiful outdoor area due to weather but enjoyed lots of fun family memories indoors. We needed a place to stay that was close to Tarleton State University so we could attended several music recitals/concerts my son was participating in. Pefect place to "kill" time between concerts. We caught several large catfish right off the back dock. Property was exactly as advertised and more. If we need a place to stay again in the area we will definitely stay here!"

"We were looking for a place to host 7 friends from high school. The place was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. Large living area inside and wonderful deck in the backyard. Great spot on the Brazos with nice view. Very clean, great beds and showers. Ice machine in the kitchen was very convenient. "We very much enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. My 86 mother and I wanted to fish and this rental had easy access to a wonderful dock. Everything we needed was provided and more. The bedrooms are nice, 2 king beds a plus. The only missing upgrade would be in the bathroom in the front of the home. The shower is old and showerhead was way too short for anyone over 5’9. I did not go in the other bathroom so can’t speak to that one."
