COUNTRY HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Quiet country living with a beautiful view of the 7 knobs just 5 miles from the downtown square in Glen Rose. Remodeled home with large living space and large kitchen/dining area. Sleeps 9 with an couch that would accommodate a child (making it sleep 10). Fenced backyard to accommodate pets. Full laundry room. Outdoor patio with outdoor table/sitting area to relax, dine and enjoy the country air. Central heating/air conditioning as well as individual units in bedrooms for added comfort. Being only 1 hour between Ft. Worth and Waco, you will be close to hundreds of museums, zoos, shopping areas and restaurants as well as Glen Rose attractions like Dinosaur Valley and Fossil Rim.
2 pets total are welcome during your stay for a deposit of $50. If you are booking through Expedia or another website, this deposit may not be visible. Please let the property owner know if you will be bringing pets along so the deposit can be added. If the deposit is not added at the time of booking, the charge will be added after your arrival with the pets.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated or in the backyard during the night and when the guests are away. Please bring crates, food, and dishes to accommodate your pets. Additional rules and information regarding pets are located in the information booklet in the home.

Cute and Comfortable
We really enjoyed this property. Lots of space and many added touches and charming decorations. We met the owners who live nearby and were very nice and responsive to a question we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

A Lovely Stay
We booked this home for the April 2024 eclipse and we just loved staying here. The home was comfortable and the scenery was so peaceful. The owners were extremely responsive to any messages I sent their way. You can tell they want their guests to be well cared for during their stay. If you need a place to stay in Glen Rose or want to stay near the cities without being IN the city, this is a fantastic option.

Quite and comfortable
Property was very clean. Out in the country so it is quite. The view is very beautiful with the morning sun rise and the evening sun set. Only a few miles out so it does not take long to get to old town.

Great Place To Stay. Highly Recommend!
The host was responsive and understanding of the needs of our family. My children and I had a great time. We were close enough to enjoy many of the surrounding attractions and far enough to enjoy the quiet of the evening under a big open sky.

Lovely Farmhouse Minutes from Town
My adult daughter, grand-niece, and four-year-old grandson had a wonderful experience at Seven Knobs! The house was clean and beautifully furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture. It was spacious, with a bedroom for each of us as well as a nice open kitchen and dining area. The bathrooms were well supplied as was the kitchen. The fenced back yard was just right for my daughter's Yorkie. Our family visiting from the DFW area enjoyed the house as well. It was a perfect location for gathering and spending a day together with outings and a shared meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seven Knobs and the Glen Rose area and are already making plans to go for another visit. We will gladly stay here again!
