"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"We were welcomed by the friendliest front desk staff after driving from the Midwest extremely tired and were given a beautiful corner room with a view to Times Square. The pool, the pool bar and the rooftop bar and food were excellent. Would stay here again! "

"Great location. Down side was there was only one elevator for many floors probably paying the lower rate. Prepare yourself if you’re getting a good deal. Otherwise the room size was good and it was clean. Excellent location. "
