"The place was not clean. Dirt and debris all over the floors. The bathrooms were clean but the downstairs one had no shower curtain and the upstairs one had mildew. We spent the first 45 minutes cleaning but we couldn't get the carpets clean because the vacuum cleaner barely worked. The Wi-Fi didn't work even after we rebooted the modem. When we told the host the network didn't show they replied "that's the only one there is best regards". Overall host communication and support was poor. ...

Linens were not only stained and gross but there also weren’t any sheets supplied for the pull out sofa (1 individual in our party had to sleep directly on the mattress). "Nice flat within a short walking distance to the grocer, a local pub, the Tap House (which has the friendliest staff), a yummy Asian restaurant, Mak 5 and the Luas, which was very easy to use and understand . The house is fairly well equipped (as we stayed 2 weeks we did have to add to the essentials such as TP and paper towels). A perfect spot to live as the locals do."

"Property is in an excellent location, close to many local attractions. However, the directions to the property were not clear as the postcode brought you to a completely different street. What3words location stamp could be an easy solve for this. The room itself wasn't great, needed a bit of a renovation. Paint stains on carpet in bedroom and walls in need of some improvement works.
